Our terms and conditions are simple: payment is 50% in advance at time of order, the balance taken from your credit card upon shipment.
When you place an order on this site, it is sent immediately to the workshop in Richmond, where we will hope to fit your requirements into our production schedule. We will reply within 24 hours with confirmation of our delivery date and only then debit your chosen payment method for a 50% deposit.
Should you require alterations or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or amend according to your wishes upon safe return of the item before your wedding day.
